Calling it that was a terrible mistake from the beginning. “Immoral hazard” is more like it.

@Jeffrey Vagle Tesla went from one of the safest cars to one of the most dangerous after marketing it as auto-pilot, then for no reason other than to make money, stripping out the lidar and ultrasonic detectors. My Nissan leaf has more advanced safety features than an expensive Tesla.
