Since Buttigieg took on this national mess, PA has seen a dearth of projects. Water lines, highways, bridges, and other infrastructure projects.
What he's doing different from others before him is he's holding states accountable for who they hire + budget, before disbursing fed funds. (that's why its taking so long for some states and not others.)
Past infrastructure bills saw little progress due to states hiring poor contractors or state admins pocketing most of the money. :/
