Since my post-reboot fitness routine has a lot of cycling and running I figured maybe I'll add swimming and try for a triathlon. In the past I was amazed at how much more gassed swimming made me feel. I figured it was because it is such a full body exercise or inefficient technique due to being very rusty. Looking at the breathing technique issues brought up here I think it could be a bit of that too. Still TBD if I'm going to add swimming in as a regular workout but if I do I'm going to rewatch this. #swimming #fitness #exercise #training
