I'd like to read this article, but your site is so full of popups it's hard to find the text.

There's just no substitute for using a browser ad blocker no matter how much some press sites whine about it. The whiney press sites aren't worth reading and are just as bad as paywalled press sites. Press sites with pay walls are on a mission to keep only the well-heeled elite to be informed before they vote.

I agree with @Tengrain (🇺🇦) that the following part is particularly important:

"""""""""""""""""""""
“We’ve gone from one of the most productive to one of the least productive Congresses over the course of Biden’s time in office. Most Americans have noticed the disparity, but this metric does not appear to have much impact on their overall opinion. Views of Congress have remained largely negative over the past three years regardless of which party controls the House,” said Murray.
"""""""""""""""""""""""

....because it's important to point out that the anti-government nutwing of the GOP thinks "the government that governs best is the government that governs least". Refraining from passing legislation is actually an objective because they don't like gummint. That's the whole point. They also believe that their worst candidate is still better than any Dem candidate. The fact that their worst candidates have actually gotten elected bears this out.
