Have friends who have been raving about the intermittent fast where you don't eat before 12 noon and nothing after 8 pm. Both have dropped weight and blood sugar and cholesterol, etc.

Yousa....it's only 8 29 AM and I'm starving. 2nd day, lol. We'll see....at least there's coffee! And I drink mine black.

I dabble with various eating regimes. I find that my body gets used to any of them after a week or so. The transition can be a bit rough for sure though.
