Exactly. The promotions show Tel Aviv developments as a portfolio of work already done by these developers. I'm sure they're attempting to attract wealthy non-Israeli developers like, say, Don Jr. but I'm also thinking in terms of Arab developers that were signatories on the Abraham Accords, with Saudi Arabia thinking about joining. When the Arabs throw the Palestinians under the bus while drooling over razed oceanfront luxury property, well...there goes the neighborhood.

The hour was hosted by a regular i24News presenter whose name I didn't catch, but the co-host was a real estate promoter of a company called Nadlan: Your Home in Israel. The interviewee on the far side of the table is a ORON rep.

This was the same company who hosted those real estate promotional events in April in US & Canada. They're racist Zionists. They support genocide of all Palestinians. They support more illegal settlers violence on Palestinians. They are OK with ongoing land theft. It is beyond sickening.

...So to work around the snag, Mr. Ran Raichman Esq. gets less than a quarter of the screen while the remainder shows luxury developments like having a pool next to the beach side, and we already know which beach, don't we.
