I started using LMNT powders earlier this year because it was the only one I could find that had a "raw" version as in just the electrolytes and no flavors, sweeteners, etc. I just discovered that it is owned by Robb Wolf. I'd rather not send him any of my money (or even clicks, view impressions, etc.). Does anyone know of another good brand of unflavored electrolyte powders/tablets? #running #exercise #fitness

Originally I was ambivalent but not thrilled because he's been propagating very not scientifically founded messages like blood cholesterol levels don't matter if you eat a certain diet. Even when I was deep in experimenting with "paleo" dieting that made me uncomfortable. But scouring the archives looking for some stuff it seems he veered off into COVID misinformation/conspiracy theory shit at some points too. I have zero tolerance for that sort of crap.

I like Precision Hydration for how subtle the flavor is in the powder products.
