Hmm. The proliferation of nuclear weapons in space is already banned, so why this resolution? To my mind it really was just for show.
Also: the veto power is hopelessly outdated and needs to be stripped from all parties and the "permanent member" status revoked. We no longer live in the world as it was post WW2.
