But voting, like driving, is a privilege, not a Constitutional right. Oh, wait, voting IS a Constitutional right.
But not to the #GOP. The only Constitutional right there is, as far as they're concerned, is the right to "bear arms" according to the 2nd Amendment and according to the various conservative SCOTUS justices.

Very curious about this
"Dr. Farrar said such guidelines should be based on clear experimental evidence, though that evidence is still scarce for many diseases."
Does that mean that Farrar/WHO will accept *experimental* studies like exposing healthy hamsters to air from a room where sick hamsters were breathing, and if they get sick, that's clear evidence of airborne (excuse me, "through-the-air") transmission? Or will "experimental" studies turn out to mean "human RCTs only"?
No, he didn’t.

Instead of banning tiktok, would it be better to amend section 310 of the Communications Act to include social media companies as "common carriers"?
I honestly don't know--I just know that there is plenty of precedent for banning foreign ownership of communications mechanisms.
So let's recognize sm as communications mechanisms and regulate them as we do other comms methods (radio in this case) instead of singling out one company?

I feel that critters from German #folklore would be better known if they had snappier names. Or, in many cases, any names at all.
I know that the German language has a reputation for "having a word for everything", but the folk tales largely go for unnamed horrors. Which makes writing them up for #ttrpg monster manuals more difficult. 😉
