After two days in a row of meeting or exceeding my previous maximum output for a given ride duration (awesome!), doing the strength calibration test to failure, and my first weights workout of this whole "The Stronger You" Program (all through Peloton) I'm glad today is an easy day. I would have taken one even if it wasn't. The DOMS is pretty apparent although not debilitating. It sucks my 100th Peloton ride is going to be a recovery ride not some new big ride but I'll hit another century marker again soon enough at my current rate of consistency. #Peloton #health #fitness #longevity
