I'm back to blogging about and being focused on my Goal Accountability process for daily measuring of my performance on five specific criteria that should be helpful in my longevity goals. The 30 Day Health Reboot built on that which happened to coincide mostly with the 5th of 13 4-week phases over the year. I got some of my best grades in a long time.
