So...after the better part of a year of slacking on the fitness/diet/longevity things I decided to do a 30 Day Health Reboot. I have all the tools to make a go of it, so let's just get it started. I at least waited until I was a week in to announce the thing :). Far more details in the blog post. My latest blood numbers have improved. Wendy and I both think the move to Vermont which means no more Starbucks may be a factor. But yeah do what you can to look after your health! Cheers, -Randy
